The cottage is located down a private driveway on almost 2 acres of land, offering loads of privacy amongst the mature red oak forest. It’s rated 10 out of 10 for privacy. With an amazing view of the Fairholme Lake right from the new 40 x 10 cedar deck which was built in June 2012. The exterior has been recently stained and the interior was renovated in 2012 and decorated with a mixture of old and new, but keeping with a Muskoka feel. Clean and refreshing this cottage has it all with updated stainless steel appliances and dishwasher - alllowing you to relax instead of cleaning on your vacation.
